How to maintain a healthy body? 6 steps
Sometimes person wonders why I cannot be like others who participate well in activities, maintain their household, and are still not tired. Or you look at an elderly woman who is busy as a bee and still not drained. It’s time to pay heed to your health.
1. Sleeping enough
Sleeping enough does not mean sleeping like a dog or just having a nap of 3 hours in a whole day. It should be a fair sleep of at least 6 hours in a 24hr day. Oversleep can cause health issues like
· Obesity
· Depression
· Heart attacks
· Other medical conditions
While sleeping a wink can lead to stroke and diabetic problems.
2. Hydration:
Keeping a whistle wet is much important, as 80 percent of you is water, the life of your cell, enzymes, circulation, and detoxification of the body depends on water. The pact of glowing skin is fulfilled when a person is enough hydrated. And guess what? Water is free of soda and calories so yeah! Go for it.
3. Nutrition
Put money into your nutrition. Avoid junk food, binge eating, or crash diets. Eat such a portion that comprises all food groups that are
· Fats
· Carbs
· Proteins
· Fibers
It should be enriched with multivitamins, micro, and macronutrients
Eat fresh vegetables, fish, legumes, nuts, and fruits.
4. Unwinding
Stress management plays a vital role to achieve health goals. Give yourself a break and explore the world, try new ideas. Keeping a bubble in your chest and being worried about it drains all of your energy.
Anxiety is like a sudden feeling of
· Your heart pounding
· Gushing of blood through your veins
· Cold sweats
· A sense of guilt
· Fear of taking a step towards opportunity
You want to move, breathe, feel the smell of rain and grass but that person talking to you in your head constantly tells you that you cannot do anything.
Believe me! You are looking at the world from a different perspective, mostly from self-created scenarios, person in the head portrays a small harmless bug as a snake to you. Summing up the thing for you “victory lies beyond fear”. Discuss the thing and if it worsens get a professional approach.
5. Lifestyle
A sedentary lifestyle takes you nowhere except into the pit of guilt, low self-esteem, obesity, and diseases. Be resourceful and inspirited about your life. Do some drills and keep the body fit because a healthy body keeps a healthy mind. Customize your exercises according to movability and connect with nature. Try it, you will see a new person with a motivated mind and a perfect body.
6. Smoking and alcohol
Adapting all the good habits together with drinking and smoking? All in vain. There is a relationship between smoking and alcohol consumption, mostly heavy drinkers are heavy smokers. Both two things gradually destroy health.
The whole body gets affected lungs, particularly in the case of smoking. Brain, lungs, kidneys, and liver in case of alcoholics. Take professional help to get rid of this plague as it decreases life expectancy.
